Same Day Delivery
A florist in Xicotepec handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Ignacio De La Llave are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by La Ixhuateca in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Xicotepec is 14:00, local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When entering an address in Del Maestro, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at IMSS Centro de Seguridad Social, and address the order to the hospital itself. For a patient at IMSS UMF No. 7, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Before sending flowers to Esc. Sec. "Vicente Guerrero", name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Escuela Primaria Francisco I. Madero is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Jardín de Niños "Hermelinda Cardell", write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Catedral San Miguel Arcángel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Iglesia are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Colonial, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When the recipient is at Cruz Roja, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Ex Palacio Municipal, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at El club de los abuelos, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Check with Hotel La Laguna before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Orizaba Inn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
