Flower Delivery in Erongo

You can order flowers for Erongo online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Marine Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Martin Luther is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

When a funeral service is held at Jona Kirche, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.

Flower Delivery in Erongo — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Erongo

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Check with Namib Guestfarm Onduruquea before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

For a thank-you addressed to staff at Karibib Health Centre, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

When ordering for a recipient at Namibia Fish Consumption Promotion Trust (NFCPT), check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Kramersdorf, retain the locality when filling in the order.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

For a tribute intended for Swakopmund Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Desert Creek Spur, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.

What should I check before sending flowers to a school?

When several people are giving the flowers together at Pro Ed Akademie, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
