When several people are giving the flowers together at Frans Dimbare Youth Center, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at UNAM Rundu Campus? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.

For a service at ELCIN Nkarapamwe Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Mbapuka Roman Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
