You do not need to be in Gosaikunda to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Guru Rinpoche Stupa is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Mani wall are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Gosaikunda. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For an address in Langtang, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a guest at Sunset Lodge, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Check with Yangchyu Hotel and Lodge before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Highland HS School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Sano Madad Sigi Rasp Memorial School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Shree Bhimali Pra.V? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Buddhist Stupa/Shrine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Buddhist stupa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Ganesh shrine, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Langtang Lirung View should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending to a workplace such as National Rainbow trout research station, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
When entering an address in Thuman, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Everest Guesthouse, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
