You do not need to be in Kohalpur to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Kohalpur is 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For someone in Chapargaudi, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Central Plaza, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Mansarover, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before sending flowers to Shubhakiran Educational Institute and Research Center, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Gorkha United Public School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Yeshu Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Khristya Aradhana Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Manakamana Mandir, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Central Plaza Pvt. Ltd. before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
If the recipient works at Kohalpur Sana Sahari Khanepani Tatha Sarsafai Upabhokta Sanstha, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Chatar.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Nature Resort, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
