For a recipient in Madhyapur Thimi, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Duwakot.
Check with Hotel Aerocity before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. If the recipient is staying at Prakash Tea Shop, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Janmabhumi 2, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For an order addressed to Hotel Aerocity, the listed location is Shambhu Marg; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Elite Abroad Studies? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Himalayan WhiteHouse International college is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Greyfort International School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Nyatapola Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Ananta Khristiya Mandali, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Bhairabnath Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the recipient is at Kantipur Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Department of Education, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
When entering an address in Imadol, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Madhyapur Family Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Check with the ward at Summit Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before sending to Dirghajivan Medical Hall, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
