Flower Delivery in America

A flower order for America can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Verzetsmonument De Zwarte Plak in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for America close at 14:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For someone in Zone 1, use that locality name within the delivery address.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in America

When a funeral service is held at De koningin van de Vrede, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Sint-Jozefkerk, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Heilige Jozefkerk, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.

Flower Delivery in America — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in America

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

How should I include the locality in the address?

An address in Zone 2 should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Evergreenz, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
