You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Heinenoord. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Moeder in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Jack Dawson Green are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Heinenoord, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Where the delivery address includes Avenhil, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Burgemeester van Bommelschool, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to CBS De Regenboog, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for OBS Het Anker is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Nederlands Hervormde Kerk are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Protestantse Petrakerk, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the destination is in Oosteinde, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If flowers are going to Natuurbegraafplaats Zomerlanden, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at 't Land van Wale, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
