You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Alphen aan den Rijn. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Joods monument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Verzetsmonument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Alphen aan den Rijn, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Address details for Hoorn should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
When the recipient is at Alrijne Alphen aan den Rijn, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. The address given for Alrijne Alphen aan den Rijn is Meteoorlaan 4; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
If you are sending to a guest of Van der Valk Avifauna, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotelschip Ali-B2, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Avifauna should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Van der Valk Avifauna has a listed address of Hoorn 65; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Oudshoornse Kerk (PKN), confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at De Hoeksteen, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at De Oase, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Gemeentehuis Alphen aan den Rijn should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For someone in Kerk en Zanen, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a table booked at De Beren, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a delivery to a teacher at Ashram College, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When several people are giving the flowers together at De Tamboerijn, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
