Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Papenveer. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Wind phone Roelofarendsveen is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Jacobswoude are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Where the delivery address includes Hoorn, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Islamitische Basisschool An Noer, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for KC De Ruimte is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Kindcentrum Wiekenweide, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Johannes de Doperkerk, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Sint-Nicolaaskerk are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Christelijke Gereformeerde Kerk - Gedachteniskerk, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Bed & Breakfast Hotel 'De Sfeerstal', check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
A flower order for a recipient at Polikliniek needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
When entering an address in Kerk en Zanen, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If flowers are going to Dierenbegraafplaats Zevenhoven, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at De Oude School, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
