Sending Flowers to Schools in Wanswerd

Before sending flowers to CBS It Fundamint, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for CBS de Welle is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Sinnehonk, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

When a funeral service is held at Liudgertsjerke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Sint Catharinakerk, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Sint-Pauluskerk are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.

Flower Delivery in Wanswerd — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Wanswerd

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For a guest at de Klinze, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
