Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Houaïlou. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École de Bâ, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Collège Donéva is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Collège de Houailou, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Temple de Nédiouen are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Église Donéva, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Mairie de Houailou, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Oukonebien, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
