You can order flowers for Crofton Downs online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. 2011 Rugby World Cup Monument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Nany Wake in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes Ngauranga, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Intercontinental, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. A flower order for someone staying at Novotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a delivery to a teacher at Karori Normal School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Onslow College, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Wellington High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Old Saint Paul's, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Futuna Chapel, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at St Gerard's monastery, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at City Life Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
When ordering for a recipient at Ministry for Culture and Heritage, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Lychgate Funeral Home before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. If flowers are going to Karori Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Babaili Hot Pot, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
