For a recipient in Hamilton, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Cenotaph in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. HMNZS Waikato is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Where the delivery address includes Crawshaw, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Braemar Hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering. For a patient at Southern Cross Hamilton Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Check with the ward at Radius Kensington Resthome & Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Braemar Hospital has a listed address of Ohaupo Road 24; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
If the recipient is staying at Ibis Tainui, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For a guest at Ramada by Wyndham Hamilton City Center, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Bankwood School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Hamilton East School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Hamilton Junior High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Novotel Tainui, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at The Settlement Centre Waikato, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
An address in Harrowfield should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the delivery address is Pellows, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. A tribute addressed to Hamilton East Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Aladdin's Cuisine, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a service at St Peter's Cathedral, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
