Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Kohimarama. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Devonport South African War Memorial Fountain are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Dutch war memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the recipient’s address is in Mechanics Bay, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Juilan Lofts and Zachary Moaveni Plastic Surgeons, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. For a patient at Mercy Parklands Hospital & Retirement Home, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Before arranging flowers for someone at Ascot Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. Juilan Lofts and Zachary Moaveni Plastic Surgeons has a listed address of Saint Vincent Avenue 6; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Baradene College of the Sacred Heart, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Glendowie College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Sacred Heart College, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Saint John's College Chapel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Bishop Selwyn Chapel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Knox Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of The Esplanade Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
An order for a staff member at Biosecurity Depot should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Address details for Tāmaki should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If the delivery address is Purewa - Cemetery and Crematorium Admin Office, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. For a tribute intended for Purewa Cemetery and Crematorium, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Moretons, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Stay Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
A flower order for someone staying at Auckland Rose Park Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
