A florist in Matata handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
Sending to Matata Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For an order addressed to Matata Hotel, the listed location is Arawa Street 47; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Matatā Public School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Saint Joseph's Catholic School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Saint Josephs Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A tribute addressed to Awakaponga Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
