A florist in Okato handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Okato South African War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Ōkato War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
For a delivery to a teacher at Coastal Taranaki School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Saint Paul's Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Hempton Hall, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If flowers are going to Ōkato Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
