For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When entering an address in Rangitahi Peninsula, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Sending flowers to someone at Raglan Area School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Activate Church - Raglan, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Raglan District Union Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Harbour View Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
An order for a staff member at Raglan Town Hall should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the destination is in Raglan Harbour, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Harbour View Hotel Restaurant and Bar, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
