A florist in Te Papapa handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Alfred Sturges Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Auckland Normal Intermediate School memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Oranga.
When the recipient is at Juilan Lofts and Zachary Moaveni Plastic Surgeons, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. Use the hospital’s full address for Mercy Parklands Hospital & Retirement Home, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. The address for Juilan Lofts and Zachary Moaveni Plastic Surgeons is given as Saint Vincent Avenue 6; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check with Aachen House Boutique Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Before ordering for a guest at Best Western, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Flowers for a service at Epsom Presbyterian Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Prayer Tower, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Saint Ann Buddhist Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Novotel Auckland Ellerslie? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
If the recipient works at Ministry of Social Development, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
An address in Westfield should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Just Funerals, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. For a tribute intended for Hillsborough Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at De Grand - Thai Restaurant & Bar, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
For a delivery to a teacher at Diocesan School for Girls, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
A delivery for Saint Cuthbert's College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
