A flower order for Westlake can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Birkenhead War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Northcote War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. If the recipient’s address is in Wairau Valley, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Check with Quest Takapuna before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For a guest at Marsden Suites Albany, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Ocean Breeze Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Shakespeare Road 215 is the listed address of Quest Takapuna; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Carmel College, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Rosmini College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Milford School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Kingdom City, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Saint Georges Presbyterian Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Gurdwara Sahib North Shore, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Beach Haven Hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
Check whether Takapuna Service Centre accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
When entering an address in Cuthill, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If flowers are going to Glenfield Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Thai Article, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
A flower order for a recipient at Nile Road Medical Centre needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before sending to Northbridge Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
