A florist in Whirinaki handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Sending flowers to someone at Eskdale School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a tribute intended for Ararata Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
