A flower order for Nueva Guinea can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Central Monument in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. El Rótulo is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Zona 2.
A flower order for someone staying at Oasis should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending flowers to Escuela Montessori Jan Amos Comenius, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Casa de Adoración, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Catedral Nueva Guinea are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Iglesia Adventista Septimo Dia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel El Madroño, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before placing a workplace order for Alcaldía Municipal, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
When entering an address in Zona 7, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
