You can send flowers to someone in Lagos Island even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Monument in honour of Oshodi Tapa is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Water House are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For same-day flower delivery in Lagos Island, place your order before 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. An address in Obalende should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before sending to St Nicholas Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Lagos Island Maternity Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Before sending flowers to Holy Trinity School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at King Ado Junior High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Lagos Central Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at LOBIM-D hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for General Hospital Lagos, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Before sending to a workplace such as Court of Appeal, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For someone in Ílubirin, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Balo's Place, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
