You do not need to be in Hordnes to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Gravstedet in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Grunnlovsbautaen are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Hordnes is 16:00. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Steinsvik.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Scandic Flesland Airport, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For flowers addressed to a guest at Quality Hotel Edvard Grieg, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Hjellestad skole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Stend vidaregåande skule, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Fana kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Skjold kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Bedehuset Karmel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Comfort Hotel Bergen Airport, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at ReHabiliteringsklinikken, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
If the recipient works at NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral Hordaland, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
For a recipient whose address is in Fana, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A delivery timed for a meal at Dolly Dimples Blomsterdalen needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
