Flower Delivery in Moss

Arrange a flower delivery in Moss online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Gudmund Stenersen are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you cannot visit a guest at Støtvig Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

If you are sending flowers to someone at Sykehuset Østfold Moss, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.

What should I check before sending a funeral tribute?

Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Bentzen Moss begravelsesbyrå AS before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
