Sending Flowers to Schools in Rakkestad

When several people are giving the flowers together at Bergenhus skole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Kirkeng skole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Os skole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Rakkestad

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Check whether NAV Rakkestad accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For an address in Vaterland, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.

What should I check before sending a funeral tribute?

For a tribute addressed to Rakkestad Begravelsesbyrå AS, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Grandgården Grills International Food, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
