You do not need to be in Salangen to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. 22. Juli Minnebauta is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by M.A.Craig Adams in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Salangen is 16:00. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Salangsverket.
Before sending flowers to Sjøvegan Videregående skole (Verksted), name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Sjøvegan videregående skole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Salangen skole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Elvenes kapell, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Salangen kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Herrens Hus, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Garsnes Brygge, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before placing a workplace order for NAV Salangen-Lavangen-Dyrøy, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Garsnes Brygge, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
