Flower Delivery in Slitu

You do not need to be in Slitu to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by ARBEIDER SAMFUNDET in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as David Blids gate are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Slitu

For a delivery to a teacher at Grøtvedt skole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Korsgård skole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Mysen videregående skole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Slitu

If the service takes place at Metodistkirken, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Mariakirken are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.

Flower Delivery in Slitu — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Slitu

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at Scandic Brennemoen, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

When the recipient is at Edwin Ruuds hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

If the recipient works at Mysen tinghus, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Restaurant Fortet needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
