Flower Delivery in Storsteinnes

Send your flower order for Storsteinnes online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. Flower Delivery in Storsteinnes — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Storsteinnes

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For flowers addressed to someone at Balsfjord rådhus, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For an address in Bukta, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Spiseriet, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
