For flowers addressed to a guest at Savalen Fjellhotell & Spa, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Tynset

For a delivery to a teacher at Fåset skole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Kvikne skole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Nord-Østerdal videregående skole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.

For a service at Brydalen kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Tylldal kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Tynset kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.

Flower Delivery in Tynset — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Tynset

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For a guest at Nissetorget, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Tynset DPS, and address the order to the hospital itself.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at Tynset rådhus, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

An address in Dalvangen should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
