Sending Flowers to Schools in Ulstein

Before sending flowers to Haddal skule, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Hasund skule? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Ulstein skule, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Ulstein

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Check that Quality Hotel Ulstein can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For someone working at NAV Hareid-Ulstein-Sande, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the recipient’s address is in Kleiva, keep that locality in the full delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Mae Kanya's Thai Food, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
