Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Sending Flowers to Hotels in Vaga

When addressing flowers to a guest at Hindsæter Fjellhotell, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Villa Vågå, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Vaga

A delivery for Lalm skule is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Vågå ungdomsskule, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Vågåmo skule, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.

When a funeral service is held at Vågåkyrkja, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.

Flower Delivery in Vaga — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Vaga

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you are sending to a guest of SOV Lodge, Vågå, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Ask about personal flower deliveries at NAV Vågå, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For someone in Nordherad, use that locality name within the delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bokhandel'n Kafe, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
