Flower Delivery in Vikebukt — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Vikebukt

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Before ordering for a guest at Vestnes Fjordhotell, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

If the recipient works at NAV Vestnes, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Helland, retain the locality when filling in the order.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne. Check availability for the product you choose.
