You do not need to be in Boquete to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When the destination is in Bosques de Galicia, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Golden Frog Inn (Villa Rana Dorada), after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Sending flowers to someone at C.E.B.G.LA LAGUNA? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela El Picacho, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Los llanitos, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Capilla Jesus Nazareno, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Capilla Nuestra Señora De Lourdes, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Campestre should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Check whether Casa Comunal accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Address details for León should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Lago La Laguna, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
