Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Ciudad de Panama. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Carlos J. Finlay are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Monumento Goethals is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Address details for Casco Viejo should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a patient at Hospital del Niño, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. For a recipient at Hospital Nacional, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. A flower order for a recipient at Policlinica Don Alejandro de la Guardia needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. When arranging flowers for Hospital del Niño, note its listed address, Calle 35 Este; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Riu Plaza Panama, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. If you are sending to a guest of Aloft Panama, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Hilton Panama, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For an order addressed to Hotel Riu Plaza Panama, the listed location is Calle 50 D Este; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Templo de la Ciudad de Panamá, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Centro Familiar Vida Nueva, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia Bautista China de Panama, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Asamblea Nacional de Panamá with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the destination is in Costa del Este, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Memoriales Capillas before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. If flowers are going to Corozal American Cemetery and Memorial, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Hooters, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a delivery to a teacher at Instituto Nacional de Panamá, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Before sending flowers to Colegio Bilingüe Ada Byron, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
A delivery for Instituto Técnico Superior Shaddai is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
