How to Order Flowers for Las Cumbres

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. An address in Las Cumbrecitas should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Las Cumbres

Before sending flowers to Escuela República de la India, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at C.E.B.G. Santa Librada Rural, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Escuela República Arabe de Egipto is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.

Flower Delivery in Las Cumbres — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Las Cumbres

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Avalon Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For someone working at Junta Comunal de Las Cumbres, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
