Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Concepción online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Plaza de la Libertad is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Concepción is 14:00, local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Barrio Santa Teresita.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Hospital Distrital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. For a recipient at Instituto de Previsión Social Vallemí, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Check with Hotel Al Paso before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Concepcion should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a service at Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Evangelica Filadelfia, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Iglesia Nueva Jerusalen, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Concepción Palace Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Centro de Sallud Vallemí, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
When ordering for a recipient at Gobernacion del Departamento de Concepcion, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For an address in Obrero, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at Comedor Santa Teresa needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
Sending flowers to someone at Centro Regional de Educación Juan E. O'leary? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
