Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Ykuá Kurusú in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in San Juan Nepomuceno, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the destination is in Artemio Rojas, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If you cannot visit a guest at Princes, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. Sending to Hotel Justi? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check with Hotel Karen before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The listed address for Princes is Estrella esquina Tte. Silvio Mendoza; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Palacio Municipal de San Juan Nepomuceno, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
