Same Day Delivery
A florist in Banos del Inca handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Arco del Triunfo are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Cruz is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day orders for Banos del Inca close at 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Mollepampa.
Sending to a patient at Hospital Regional de Cajamarca calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. Use the hospital’s full address for Posta Médica de los Baños del Inca, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. Avenida Mario Urteaga 500 is the listed address of Hospital Regional de Cajamarca; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a guest at ROGER's HOSTAL, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Check that Hostal SIL can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Before ordering for a guest at Serra Nova, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For an order addressed to ROGER's HOSTAL, the listed location is Dos de Mayo 890; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Catedral de Cajamarca, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia de San Francisco, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Belén are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for OSCE Cajamarca, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the destination is in Moyococha Shilla, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pizza Hut, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
