Flower Delivery in Peru — Flowers, Plants and Gift Baskets
Order before 14:00 local time and your flowers can be delivered the same day; later than that and you choose the next date from the checkout calendar. Sending flowers to Peru from another country changes nothing at your end — you order online, and the arrangement is made and delivered locally by someone who works there. And no occasion at all is the strongest reason there is: a Tuesday bouquet that answers no birthday and settles no argument is the one still being mentioned a year later.
Choose an arrangement and set the delivery date at checkout; the florist who makes it up is already in the town where it lands.

More About Flower Delivery in Peru
Delivery days, and the knock nobody answers
We deliver Monday to Saturday, six days in which a flat week can be interrupted with something better. If the recipient is not home when the florist arrives, they will typically call them or arrange a redelivery, so an empty house is rarely the end of the order. Before you order, think about which of their days is most likely to have someone behind the door: a morning at home, or an afternoon at a desk where reception can sign for it.
How to write an address a florist can find
Addresses here run to a five-digit postal code — for example, 15001 for central Lima. Give the street and number with it, and the recipient's local phone number too: florists use that number to confirm availability and the exact address, and it is the field that most often rescues a delivery that would otherwise sit in a van. Apartment blocks often need a door code, so add it at checkout where the form asks for it. The short answer: the more exactly the address is written, the less anyone has to guess.
The range, from single bunches to gift baskets
Over 200 gifts are ready to send, over 100 of them flower arrangements — roses, carnations, lilies, gladiolus, chrysanthemums, sunflowers and gypsophila are generally what goes into them, hand-tied and wrapped in cellophane or paper. Plants, gift baskets and chocolates make up the rest, for the occasions where flowers are only half the idea. Varied microclimates and altitudes allow near year-round local growing, so there is rarely a month with nothing worth sending, though supply tightens through the December-to-March rainy season in the highland growing areas.
Andean growing, the Acho market and white funeral flowers
Growing sits close to the cities: Huaral and Cañete in Lima, Arequipa, and La Libertad around Trujillo, turning out roses, carnations, gladiolus, chrysanthemums, lilies and statice, much of which moves through the Mercado Mayorista de Flores de Acho, the wholesale flower market in Lima. Arrangements tend to be colourful and densely packed, mixing tropical and Andean blooms with eucalyptus, fern and ruscus. For a wake or a funeral, white flowers are the conventional choice, lilies above all, and large wreaths — coronas, carrying ribboned condolence messages — are displayed at the service. On All Souls' Day (Día de los Difuntos), November 1-2, families bring flowers to the graves. If you cannot be at the service yourself, flowers are what stands in your place.
When to order for the big flower dates
Mother's Day (Día de la Madre), the second Sunday of May, is the single biggest flower-buying occasion of the year, and Valentine's Day (San Valentín) on February 14 follows it, with red roses the usual romantic gesture. Those two are the exception to the ordinary delivery week — florists open for the big flower days, so your order can arrive even when the date falls on a Sunday. Order at least 48 hours ahead. On Spring Day (Día de la Primavera), September 23, students and young people exchange flowers, while Holy Week (Semana Santa) moves with Easter and fills processions and altars. Christmas (Navidad), December 25, brings poinsettias and festive arrangements into the house.
What happens if a flower runs out
Arrangements are made with what's freshest, so if a flower is not available the florist substitutes one of equal or greater value in a matching style, and the shape and the colour you chose still arrive. The other thing to settle is where the recipient will be: someone mid-journey, at an airport, railway station or cruise terminal, is almost impossible to reach with a delivery. Send to their hotel, office or home address instead, timed for after they land, and you turn an impossible drop into an ordinary one.
Paying, writing the card, and where it is all made
Most orders for Peru are placed from abroad, by someone who cannot hand the flowers over in person, and you order and pay securely online in your own currency. Write a card message at checkout and it travels with the flowers, free and exactly as you typed it — the accents, the nickname, the line that would mean nothing to anyone else who read it. That card is the part of the order that does not need a florist to interpret it.

Acceptance depends on the hospital and the ward, so check before ordering; otherwise the delivery goes to reception. Use the hospital's own city and full address, with the patient's full name and, where possible, the ward or room.
Yes. Include the guest's full name and, if you can, their arrival date or booking reference, because reception will ask for the reservation name and room number before taking it in.

Wreaths and formal funeral pieces need 24–48 hours' notice. Order with that much time in hand and give the name and full address of the funeral home along with the date of the service.
You can request a preferred time slot, but exact times cannot be guaranteed — deliveries follow the local florist's routes and workload for the day. The date you select at checkout is honoured.
