Sending Flowers to Schools in San Marcos

A delivery for Institución Educativa No. 821010 is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Institución Educativa No. 821014, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Institución Educativa No. 82898? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.

Flower Delivery in San Marcos — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in San Marcos

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you cannot visit a guest at Barcelona, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

For a recipient at E.E.S.S José Sabogal, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at El Buche, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
