Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the recipient’s address is in Purok 1, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Sending to Business Suites Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check that LICHAUCO PENSION HOUSE can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For flowers addressed to a guest at Mikay Lodge, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. The location listed for Business Suites Hotel is Puerto Princesa South Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Bataraza Central School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Bataraza National High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Bono-bono Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at First Baptist Church of Bataraza, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at San Isidro Labrador Parish Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Bataraza Municipal Hall, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
An address in Saray should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at SAMGYEUPSAL ALA BONSAY, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
