The same-day ordering cutoff in Calasiao is 17:00, local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Address details for Banaoang should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A flower order for someone staying at The Monarch Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Sending to Regency Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For delivery details relating to The Monarch Hotel, its listed address is Urdaneta–Dagupan Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Calasiao Central School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Dinalaoan Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Mancup Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Awesome Light Baptist Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Hare Krishna Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Iglesia ni Cristo, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Department of Foreign Affairs, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Where the delivery address includes Estacion, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a table booked at Shakey's, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
