You do not need to be in Gerona to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in El Pueblo Verde.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Gerona Hospital of the Sacred Heart, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. The address for Gerona Hospital of the Sacred Heart is given as Gerona - Pura Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A delivery for Gabaldon Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Quezon National High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at San Antonio Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Iglesia ni Cristo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Kristal Valley Hotel & Resort should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Check whether DPWH Tarlac 1st District Engineering Office accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Pag-asa.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Daddy's Grill & Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Nick Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
