Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Aurora East, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are sending to a guest of MGT Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Cardenas Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Dibul Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for La Paz Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at ABRASA HOTEL, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before placing a workplace order for Cabarroguis Central School, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the recipient’s address is in Balintocatoc, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
