Same Day Delivery
A florist in San Mateo handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Columbary of the Divine Mercy in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When entering an address in Timberland Heights, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A flower order for a recipient at Padre Pio Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Use the hospital’s full address for San Mateo Medical Center, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. The listed address for Padre Pio Hospital is General A. Luna Street; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Ampid Ⅰ Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Justice Vicente Santiago Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Malanday Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Christian Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at National Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Aranzazu, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at San Jose de Ampid Parish, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at The Leaf at Timberland Heights should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a recipient at San Mateo Municipal Hall, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at NJOY Catering, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
