When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When entering an address in Casa Mira Coast, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Check with New Panorama Beach Resort before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For flowers addressed to a guest at Regalado Beach Lot, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Bolocboloc Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Escaguit Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Libertad Ong Calderon Memorial Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Lokal ng Sibulan, Iglesia ni Cristo, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Seventh Day Adventist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Sibulan Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Honey Bee, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
An order for a staff member at DPWH Negros Oriental 2nd District Engineering Office should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When the destination is in Estanzia Subdivision, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Jo's Chicken Inato By the Sea, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
