For a recipient in Surallah, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Surallah is 17:00, local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For an address in Libertad, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Velocity Suites, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For an order addressed to Velocity Suites, the listed location is Isulan-Surallah Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Little Baguio Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Naci Integrated School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to New Antique Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Kiantay Seventh-day Adventist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Panon sa 12 ka Banay, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Soccsksargen General Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For a recipient at Dajay Barangay Hall, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Where the delivery address includes San Roque, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Amarah's Grill, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Landero Clinic and Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
