Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Zaragoza is 17:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the recipient’s address is in Concepcion, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A delivery for Emilia Belmonte Acosta National High Shool is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Mayamot Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Santa Cruz Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Iglesia ni Cristo, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia ni Cristo - Lokal ng Carmen, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at A.V. Hotel Drive Inn, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For someone working at Carmen Barangay Hall, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For a recipient whose address is in Del Pilar, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a table booked at Carolina's, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
