Sending Flowers to Schools in Bierun

Sending flowers to someone at Liceum Ogólnokształcące? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Powiatowy Zespół Szkół, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3 im. Orła Białego w Bieruniu, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order for a staff member at Urząd Miejski w Bieruniu should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.

How should I include the locality in the address?

When the destination is in Bieruń Nowy, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

Before sending a tribute to Cmentarz żydowski w Bieruniu, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
